Oh no! Honestly, I don't have any workout routine Bad!. lols. I used to dance a whole lot , I would go ballroom dancing with my cousins and some friends. Since I have started working homebased, I have been working my tail off in front of the computer ; hardly I ever exercise. But whenever I feel like I need to move I follow Leslie Sanone's One Mile Walk exercise . It's a 20-minute low cardio workout. Easy breezy. Check out video below.
